Step by step instructions to creat scrunchies:

• First things we have to pull these locks out and we have to find two different kinds. All right so one has a circular base which is this one has a vertical.
• Next we need elastic cord. We have measure and cut this to ten inches.
• Grab our two locks on the elastic cord. Make a knot on the end and on the other end. Make sure it’s nice and tight.
• Now it is time to use a scrunchie maker. So we’ve got a top right here and a bottom right there. So what we’re gonna do with our elastic? Push it down and make sure the elastic just goes down and into that little slot. So now this end is gonna go on the bottom right here.
• After you have fixed elastic you need to take the tool and just put it on fabric on the tool.
• Carefully remove the elastic cord and fabric from the tool and connect the ends together with the help of coloring Locks
• The ends between fabric you need to connect by using fabric glue.
• That is all the first scrunchie is ready. It is time to make the next ones
